The purpose of this template is to provide a simple view of how an Agile project can be tracked. Most teams who already have tools should use this to guide them on how to customize the tool to provide this information.

If you have no tool yet you may use this to track a simple project BUT this is not a scalable solution! So once you’re past doing a Pilot and want to deploy agile beyond one or two teams you should consider using a tool to support your effort.
